Otto, my builder, stopped in a few days ago. As he stood on the front porch and looked around, he complimented your work and your flexibiity. He went on and on about how your plans were so detailed and easy to read.
Then he said that if he noticed something during the building process that he wanted to change because he thought he had a better idea or because it would be too hard to do it (as written by your plans), you would be very willing to work with him, and come to a solution that was in my best interest.
He said that he has worked with many architects and engineers and that you certainly are one of the best.

Jim and I just sat down with Ed to discuss more details about our new house.
